Hunting Cabin/Family Retreat

3 Room hunting cabin located near Elizabeth, in Wirt County, WV, about 30 miles SE of Parkersburg, 3 hours south of Cleveland.  Sits on the banks of the Little Kanawha River.  Four lots with river frontage.  Excellent fishing for Crappie, Musky, Catfish, White Bass, Bluegill.  The former State Record Musky was caught within 500 yards of the cabin.  Natural gas and electric, but no running water.  There is a well on the lot that can be tapped to supply water.  Facilities are an improved outhouse.  Backs up to Hughes River Public Recreation area with walk-in access to 10,000 acres of hunting land.  My family and I have maintained the property since 2000 and have enjoyed many seasons hunting deer, turkey, squirrel, and grouse.  Includes a partially covered deck, stove, fridge, water cooler, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, kitchen table, pots, pans, etc.  Nearly all amenities, furnishings will remain with the property so it is ready to go for anyone interested in a great little family retreat.  For more information contact me via email or telephone.
